Assist the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining a high standard of quality in all the rooms of the hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining a high standard of quality in all the rooms of the hotel
•Check status (Cleanliness & Maintenance) of rooms at all times and paying attention to details and to heavily used areas
•Ensure an excellent quality cleaning service as per set SOP
•Control and monitor guest and cleaning supplies
•Report all lost and found items as per set SOP
•Participate in the monthly inventories
•Fill in maintenance request as and when required
•Ensure the proper care of equipment in the public areas and corridors by the personnel
•Train and coach the new comers and ensuring on the job training is being filled and sign.
•Monitor all the product and services used in Housekeeping
•Any other cognate duties as delegated by Reporting Line.
Core Profile:
•SC/GCE
•NC 2 from Hotel School or equivalent
•At least 1 year experience in a similar position
•Computer literate
•Good Communication skills both written & verbal – English & French
•Courteous and discreet, with a pleasant personality
•Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
•Ability to train and motivate the team
•Customer driven
