Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities of the Housekeeping Department in terms of operation and administration, including follow up of quotations/purchases/delivery notes/invoices.
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in developing SOPs.
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily supervision of staff and their general work performance.
Ensure deliveries are done in due time.
Report any non-adherence to rules/regulations/SOPs to Executive Housekeeper.
Assist in the implementation of training programmes for all assigned personnel.
Ensure cost control by monitoring budget, expenses and stock.
Any other cognate duties as delegated by Executive Housekeeper .
