The Clubhouse Operations Attendants will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional and luxury experience in all parts of the Golf Clubhouse Operations to all our guests and members on a daily with a "can-do" attitude. Daily cleaning, maintaining, restocking and monitoring of all amenities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist in the running of the Locker Room facilities providing support for other staff and ensuring a high level of guest service is delivered at all times.
- Monitoring and Folding towels, vacuum all areas as required.
- Maintain bathrooms & showers, Restocking the Locker Room of supplies/amenities.
- Report any problems immediately to the Clubhouse Supervisor.
- Ensuring all communications with guests and members are handled properly and communicated to a supervisory or managerial level when needed.
- Ability to fully explain all Golf products, services and other information about the Golf Club to all guests and Members.
- Cleaning of office.
- Checking that dustbins are clean and empty.
- Any other assignments as delegated.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent oral/verbal communication in English and French with very good posture.
- Courteous, proactive and dedicated with excellent customers service skills.
- Has the ambition to succeed, demonstrating his/her willingness to work and learn.
- Demonstrates an ability to continuously produce good work in a timely manner, which is accurate and complete, in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates an ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, co‐workers, members, and the public.
- To promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
- Comes to work when rostered and is on time.
- Follows directions, takes criticism positively, and at all times refrains from abusive and/or inappropriate behaviour.
