Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit for immediate employment a Health, Safety and Environment Officer , who will provide assistance to Manager in leading the HSE function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Proven experience working in health and safety management, preferably in retail sector.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing workplace health and safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
