The Head of Sales at Medine Property oversees the teams responsible for sales, leasing, and after-sales, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and client relations throughout the property lifecycle.

 

While collaborating closely with marketing to support sales efforts, the Head of Sales focuses primarily on driving sales and leasing performance in line with business objectives.The Head of Sales role is key in expanding professional networks to support ongoing business development.

Project Accountabilities

The Head of Sales is accountable for managing the marketing and transaction phase to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction, encompassing:

  • Preparation of Marketing Plan and Tools, with the support of Marketing & Communication team.
  • Sales and Leasing Process
  • After Sales

S/he is also accountable for overseeing the Closing phase and managing the Financial Follow-Up and Client Relationship during the Post-Sale Monitoring phase, including:

  • Contract preparation and signature
  • Relationship with notaries
  • Customer Relationship

Customer Experience

  • Ensure client needs are met through effective management of commercial transactions.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Lead the resolution of commercial issues, working closely with legal teams to improve contract quality.
  • Oversee the end-to-end client experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly interface with the Notaries and internal legal to improve our sales and lease contracts and other transaction documents

Financial Management

  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor sales and leasing performance, focusing on profitability and cost control.
  • Oversee pricing strategies to ensure financial viability and alignment with market conditions.
  • Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and business planning.

Stakeholders interaction

  • Accompany buyers (serviced macro plots) to the EDB and guide them through the whole process
  • Setting up regular but efficient meetings with the EDB to maintain good relationships
  • Be fully informed about the different development schemes, and master the VEFA process and interactions with notaries and other relevant stakeholders.

People Management

  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales and leasing teams, fostering a proactive and high-performance culture.
  • Drive recruitment and talent development to build a team with a strong focus on sales initiatives and proactive engagement.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback, to motivate the team and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a company culture that supports growth, innovation, teamwork, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Minimum educational requirements           

  • Degree holder in business, commercial, marketing or any other related field.

Minimum experience requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a key commercial role in the real estate environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in team and people management.

  • Excellent coaching, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
  • Clear and effective communicator with the ability to articulate strategic objectives.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a visionary outlook.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Resilient under pressure, able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of HubSpot CRM, with the ability to extract, analyse, and leverage data to optimize sales processes and drive performance.
