Job Purpose

Carries out maintenance works in the premises as per instructions, and keeps superior updated on assignments.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing carpentry work such as building, repairing, or installing wooden structures, furniture, and shelves.
• Painting walls, ceilings, and other indoor surfaces, as well as applying wallpaper or other decorative finishes.
• Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and repairing or installing pipes and fixtures
• Troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and performing minor electrical installations and repairs
• Repairing fences, gates, outdoor furniture, and other outdoor structures .
• Cleaning outdoor surfaces such as decks and driveways
• Planting new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation
• Removing weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from outdoor spaces
• Monitor electricity consumption.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Able to work during odd hours
• Organized, dynamic and team player
• Conversant with Health & Safety rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of tools, industrial appliances and devices
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Reliable and courteous
