Handyman

The candidate will carry out exterior and interior building painting as well as masonry work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out all necessary curative and preventive painting and masonry work within and outside the building. 
• Participate in masonry and painting projects. 
• Keep up a level of general knowledge that allows you to address little issues in every area of the department. 
• Take care of any maintenance and repair needs within the hotel's grounds. 
• Fix and maintain the lighting, furniture, and equipment in the guest rooms. 
• Help with the installation of the hotel's repair log and preventative maintenance systems.
• Set work priorities based on management's and guests' preferences. 
• Tell the superior how the repairs are going and what the remaining expenses are, and specify when it would be acceptable to think about replacing it. 
• Keep track of all daily service work, including individual replacement costs and the cost of labor hours spent on tasks.
