Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius, is looking for a dynamic Human Capital Executive to consolidate its Human Capital team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the administration of Human Capital programs, such as performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc Human Capital projects.
- Produce and submit reports on general Human Capital activity.
- Promote a harmonious work environment in the outlets to build on employee engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or any other equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Conversant with MS Office Suite
- Experience in the retail sector will constitute an advantage

- Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Holder of a valid driving licence
