The HR Trainee will support various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, participating in recruitment fairs and preparing new hire documentation.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality.
- Training & Development: Help organize training sessions, track attendance and assist with HRDC.
- Employee Relations: Assist in employee engagement activities and support day-to-day HR operations.
- HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and handling inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Communication skills in both English and French.
- Organizational skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous work expereince in HR or administration would be a plus but graduates are welcome to apply.
