Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, with a focus on both local and expatriate talent.
- Collaborate with EDB and lead the timely renewal of occupation permits and /or related documentation for expatriates.
- Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company values.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other employment documents.
- Handle all documentation, including the creation and organization of files for new employees.
- Follow up on probation reports and employee enrolment programs.
- Assist in developing and communicating HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company guidelines.
- Perform any cognate duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment and expatriate management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering employee engagement.
- Event planning experience is a plus.
