Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, with a focus on both local and expatriate talent.
  • Collaborate with EDB and lead the timely renewal of occupation permits and /or related documentation for expatriates.
  • Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company values.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other employment documents.
  • Handle all documentation, including the creation and organization of files for new employees.
  • Follow up on probation reports and employee enrolment programs.
  • Assist in developing and communicating HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Perform any cognate duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment and expatriate management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering employee engagement.
  • Event planning experience is a plus.
