To provide the HR Manager with required assistance to ensure the execution of HR Operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide the HR Manager with required assistance to ensure the professional execution of HR Operations.
- To actively participate in the co-ordination of activities, with the aim of ensuring employees welfare.
- Keeps track of any overtime and/or casual labour on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Onboarding of new staff.
- Efficiently implements all SOP(s) pertaining staff issues as instructed by the HR Manager.
- Assists in conducting surveys to determine employee satisfaction
- Transmits any instructions or decision taken by the HR Manager to Staff as instructed.
- Keep track of all staff related certifications and training.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, workshops, etc
- Welcome new comers and perform all onboarding process
- Keep good track of employee record
- Engage in all welfare activities
- Prepare all administrative work as and when required
Profile
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the HR Department preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written: English and French)
- Self-motivated, reliable and willing to work flexible hours.
- Strong time management and effective organisational skills.
- Ability to think laterally, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- A clean certificate of character.
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
