An exceptional opportunity of joining a well-established firm for the position of HR Officer has arisen. Looking for a motivated, self-driven and really enthusiastic individual to join the HR team in the role of HR Officer.
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Responsibilities:
- First line support for all Employee Relations using employment law knowledge
- Assist all employees and managers on a daily basis with all enquiries and HR procedures and payroll.
- Keeping all HR Trackers, weekly reports and organisation charts up to date,
- Assisting with the development of internal processes and procedures and providing input to ensure optimal HR service in response levels to the organisation.
- Implementing and monitoring KPI's to the Managers
- All administration for contracts and offers of employment, warning letters, role changes, merit increases, coordination of benefits in kind through the correct documents and processes
- Processing/ administration of employees starting/leaving long service awards.
- Induction/on boarding of new employees on starting day, maintaining the employee files and data entry, keeping legal aspects up to date (work permits, internal rules, policies etc
- Helping the AHRM in implementing projects
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in HRM
- Proven experience as HR officer
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
