PNL is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join the HR Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain Employee Records: Ensure all employee files are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including preparing HR documents and correspondence.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process for both local and international hires, including scheduling interviews, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating onboarding for new staff.
- Payroll and Reporting: Prepare payroll documents and departmental reports, ensuring they meet deadlines and adhere to reporting standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Background: A Diploma in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. Higher relevant qualifications are a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word). Hands-on experience with an HRMS is a definite advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities coupled with excellent analytical skills.
