We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the HR Officer will be to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to our restaurants located across the island.

 

We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the HR Officer will be to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to our restaurants located across the island. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Provide HR support to a selected group of KFC stores, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.
  2. Work closely with Area and Restaurant General Managers (Store Management Team) to ensure optimum work environment for personnel by providing a proximity service and maintaining a constant line of communication.
  3. Manage HR-related queries by responding effectively to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Ensure recruitments are fulfilled in line with restaurants hiring needs.
  5. Generate HR reports and analytics as required, using data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Provide reports on HR Metrics.
  6. Participate actively in the execution of HR Projects, policies, and procedures.
  7. Perform attendance management & payroll administration processes.
  8. Support & guide managers to conduct performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to employees.

Profile:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  •  3 years of experience in human resources
  •  Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
  •  Well versed with employment Labour laws.
  •  Must possess a valid car driving license
