Our client is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Executive who will be responsible for supporting the HR department in managing the full spectrum of human resources functions.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle various HR tasks and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.
- Promote a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
- Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and attendance.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and employee compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR activities, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce demographics.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
