We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resources functions. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in a nature and leisure park environment, be proficient with Vipertex payroll software, and possess at least two years of relevant experience. This role offers a clear career development path toward senior HR leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
Process and oversee payroll operations using Vipertex, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor regulations.
Collaborate with operational departments to identify staffing needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the park's unique operational requirements.
Organize training and professional development programs to foster employee growth and operational excellence.
Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Support and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
Participate in the design and execution of strategic HR projects aimed at driving organizational growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a nature, leisure, or similar operational environment.
Proficiency in Vipertex payroll system with a solid understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working both independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
