The HR Executive is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, this role involves the expatriate management, general HR administration and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 

Main responsibilities:

1.Expatriate Management:

  • Ensure follow up of all expatriates related permit (COE/Work/Residence, etc.)
  • Ensure legal compliance of accommodation (LAP,)
  • Regular visit of all accommodations
  • Manage expatriate welfare and well being
  • Main point of contact of expatriate in terms of grievances and conflict management
  • Liaises with the expatriate hirer company 

2.HR Administration:

  • Assist on implementation of HR Policies and procedures
  • In charge of HR metrics and reporting
  • Assist on employees’ pension management
  • Assist on disciplinary matters and conflict management

3.Learning & Development:

  • Assist on the yearly PMS
  • Approve non-award courses on the MQA platform and manage HRDC G1 and G3 processes.
  • In charge of L&D yearly budget follow up

Requirements & soft skills:

  • BSc in Human Resources, Management or any related area of study.
  • At least 5 years in a Human Resources position with a hands on experience in expatriate management
  • Hands on experience on HRIS (Sicorax Cloud).
  • Sound and up to date knowledge of labour legislation and local payroll legislation.
  • Excellent command of Excel, Office (Ms) and payroll software tools.
  • Holder of a valid Driving License and personal car for accommodation visits.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and committed to meet tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, dynamic personality, organised and rigorous with an eye for details.
  • Ability to deal with highly-confidential information.
  • Be employee service oriented.
