The HR Executive is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, this role involves overseeing daily HR operations, administering employee benefits, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Gathers the IDPs, devise annual learning needs analysis and establish L&D calendar

• Drive the learning and development process and initiatives for employees in discussion with HODs

• Regularly assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation

• Create and maintain good professional relationships with local and international training institutions and trainers and create a dynamic database in respect of their field of specialization

• Strictly adhere to HRDC procedures with regular follow up to ensure a smooth refund trend

• Closely monitor the annual training budget to ensure maximized investment and prevent excess

• Perform internal briefings and training as and when required

• Drive the succession planning and key talent initiatives while respecting the budget and timeframe

• Participate in the definition and implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Prepare and issues contract of employments for employees

• Partner with HODs in the preparation and reviewing of job description

• Partnering with the managers, lead the manpower planning and regular monitoring

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires

• Follow up and assist managers on the end of probation procedures

• Follows key performance indicators and produce regular HR reports

• Manage leavers exit procedures ensuring the proper communication with the payroll department

• Step as the backup on the payroll, when required

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture

• Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years solid experience in HR Management.

• Fully conversant with the local legislations governing the function and sector.

• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices with hands on experience with HR metrics.

• Holder of a degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Analytical, with the ability to effectively manage budgets.

• Conversant with local and/or international HRIS tools.

• People oriented and results driven.

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.

• Dynamic, self-driven and proactive.

• Integrity, Discretion and Reliability.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
