We are seeking an HR Development Specialist to take the lead in talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff engagement. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience, fostering workplace culture, and supporting our company’s growth and retention goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to enhance staff welfare, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
  • Organise employee engagement events.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and craft talent strategies.
  • Analyse recruitment and engagement trends, offering insights to refine HR strategies.
  • Contribute to other HR Development activities and support the overall HR function.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least a diploma in HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in event planning and staff engagement initiatives is a plus.
