We are seeking an HR Development Specialist to take the lead in talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff engagement. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience, fostering workplace culture, and supporting our company’s growth and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance staff welfare, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
- Organise employee engagement events.
- Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and craft talent strategies.
- Analyse recruitment and engagement trends, offering insights to refine HR strategies.
- Contribute to other HR Development activities and support the overall HR function.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a diploma in HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in event planning and staff engagement initiatives is a plus.
