JOB BRIEF:

Anahita Residences and Villas Ltd. is seeking an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to manage various HR administrative duties. The successful candidate will facilitate daily HR functions, including maintaining employee records and supporting the interview process. This role will focus on developing our talent pipeline and enhancing our sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of HR practices and general administrative functions. They should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the smooth execution of HR projects and operations. Familiarity with HR software and tools is essential for success in this role.

Ultimately, the HR Coordinator will contribute to achieving the specific goals and objectives of the HR department and the organization.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries, providing necessary assistance.
  • Redirect HR-related calls and distribute correspondence to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain personnel records (personal information, leave, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and digital formats, ensuring compliance with employment requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments on HR-related matters.
  • Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting with shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with disciplinary matters and liaise with legal representatives as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining the team’s agenda.
  • Coordinate employee transportation and liaise with contractors and hotel management.
  • Organize training sessions and seminars.
  • Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires, updating records accordingly.
  • Generate and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback and organizing welfare activities.
  • Support additional functions as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years as proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a relevant HR/administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g., Sicorax Human Resource Management and Sicorax Payroll).
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, including resume databases and online communities.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player capable of working independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or BSc in Human Resource Management or Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • A clean and valid private car driving license is an advantage
