Daily operations & administrative duties of the HR department
- Coordinate recruitment and selection process within set deadlines
- Be responsible for replies to candidates within agreed timeframe; update applicant database on a regular basis
- Organize first day induction for new hires; prepare on-boarding process and follow up new hires till confirmation
- Assist in the day-to-day HR administration
- Ensure all payments and administrative duties (letters, dispatch, etc) relative to the Recruitment & Welfare are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish, organize and maintain employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the handling of Industrial Relations Cases as and when required
- Ensure that employees receive accurate and timely assistance or advice in response to particular queries related to HR, work or personal issues.
- Follow upon the review, development and implementation of regulations, policies and procedures.
- keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and legislation and adapt same to company policy and procedures as needed.
- Assist in managing HR systems(Ursula/HR Connect)
- Assist in all audit preparation
- Participate in HR projects
- Assist in maximizing welfare activities and ACS preparation
- Conduct any cognate duties assigned
Profile
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in HR Generalist
- Detail oriented and creative
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills and capacity to be fully confidential
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- High degree of integrity and ethics
