PNL is seeking an HR Assistant to join its HR Department.

 

MAIN DUTIES:

  •  Assist in recruitment process.
  • Organise and assist in conducting new employee orientation.
  • Create and maintain employee files in line with established procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist in general HR related activities.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or any other higher relevant qualification would constitute a definite advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar post.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with an HRMS would constitute a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
