PNL is seeking an HR Assistant to join its HR Department.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Assist in recruitment process.
- Organise and assist in conducting new employee orientation.
- Create and maintain employee files in line with established procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist in general HR related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Diploma in Human Resources or any other higher relevant qualification would constitute a definite advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar post.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with an HRMS would constitute a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
