The HR and L&D Officer is responsible for the provision of support services i.e., determining the demand/supply and scheduling of training interventions, and data management associated with learning activities.
Qualification required : BSC HRM or BSC Management with minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Duties:
- Assist in the identification of learning and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HOS, HOD and HRM.
- Prepare an annual learning plan for approval.
- Assist the HRM in producing an annual learning budget.
- Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation.
- Estimate the costs of planned programmes and keep them within budgets
- Monitor and review the progress of participants through questionnaires and discussions with HOS and HOD.
- Produce learning materials for in-house courses
- Create and/or deliver a range of learning using face-to-face, online, and blended learning
- Manage the delivery of learning and development programmes
- Ensure that statutory/compliance learning requirements are met
- Plan and assess the 'return on investment of any learning or development programme
- Ensure that HRDC refunds are maximised for all learning courses implemented.
- Produce monthly reports on learning activities, learning KPI
- Provide input to Internal Customer Surveys with regards to learning.
- Provide input to Board with regards to learning activities.
- Perform other HR activities as instructed by the HR Manager
