HEAD PRODUCT MANAGER

Ideco Ltd, your No.1 specialist in blinds and flooring since 40 years, is looking for a Head Product Manager who will drive the overall product strategy & vision and will lead the team of Product Managers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product management strategy to align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Continuously refine and adjust the product vision based on market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies.
• Lead, manage and mentor team of Product Managers, set goals, provide guidance, and ensure their professional growth.
• Manage the entire product portfolio, including multiple product lines, to ensure a cohesive and synergistic approach.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
• Identify potential risks and mitigate strategies to ensure the success of product initiatives.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to guide the company's product direction.

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management and/or knowledge in the sales industry with the following experience:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience with agile methodologies, product development processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
