Guide (Quad & Zipline)

• Organise and conduct expeditions for groups of visitors on activities at Casela and any other places as may be assigned by management. • Operate and guide clients throughout the activities without compromising security.

• Ensure clients safety and security throughout the activities
• Deliver safety and security pre activity briefing. Instruct and demonstrate related skills and techniques for the different activities
• Perform essential safety/security check every time before commencing any activity.
• Responsible for all equipment safety and maintenance, including but not limited to washing, cleaning, sanitizing, servicing
• Instruct and demonstrate related skills and techniques for the different activities.
• Ensure that First Aid kit is up to date
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained in conforming to safety requirements.
• Collect tickets and ensure that disclaimers are duly filled in by each guest.
• Ensure that equipment and working environment is clean at all time.
• Perform any cognate duties as may be required by the job.
