Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong leadership, customer service, and negotiation skills? We are looking for a talented Group and Meeting Sales Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales process for group bookings and meetings from inquiry to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence clients and teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized experience.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.
