Responsibilities:

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our creative visions to life! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Design Excellence: Lead the design of high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms including digital, print, and presentations. From PowerPoint slides to full event materials, your designs will be the backbone of our communication.
• PowerPoint Wizardry: Craft sleek, on-brand, and engaging presentations that effectively communicate ideas and recommendations for corporate events.
• Event Graphics: Design all the visual elements that make our events shine—whether it’s signage, invitations, programs, or any other on-the-ground assets. Your designs will directly shape the attendee experience and event success.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with our internal teams and external partners (Mantu, ARNEO, and EPOKA) to ensure design consistency across all channels and materials.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure the visual coherence of all Revibe communications, maintaining our brand guidelines and visual identity across all projects.
• Remote Teamwork: Collaborate with our remote teams across various time zones, so excellent communication skills and self-motivation are a must.

Profile Requirement:

We’re looking for someone who has the skills, experience, and passion to thrive in this role:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in graphic design, with a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Canva, and Xpress.
• Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Design Expertise: Proven ability to create stunning visual designs across digital, print, and presentation formats.
• Event Enthusiast: A passion for the corporate event industry and the role design plays in making events impactful.
• Collaborative and Independent: Able to work effectively with teams remotely, as well as independently when necessary.
• Attention to Detail: Your eye for detail ensures that every design—big or small—is precise, polished, and perfect.
• Creative Problem-Solver: You love tackling design challenges and producing solutions that resonate with clients and audiences.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and project management abilities to work with different teams across various locations.
• Mastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
