PURPOSE OF ROLE: 

 

  • Providesupport in the area of Payroll, Rewards, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations, and HR Analytics 

  • Implement and monitorHR Operationsactivities and initiatives. 

  • Facilitate the growth in human resources and align programs and strategies that drive organizational performance. 

  • Ensurethat Global Human Resources is effective and efficient in meeting the group corporate objectives and global customer needs. 

 

OBJECTIVES OF ROLE: 

 

  • Execute the day-to-day HR operations and provide HR services support as and when requiredby the global B2BE business. 

  • Implement HR operational strategies that are aligned to B2BE global business objectives and administer the Global Human Resources based on pre-defined operational targets. 

  • Assist in local and global activities for Payroll, Rewards and other HR Operations activities. 

  • Developand foster the B2BE organizational culture, values and reputation both locally and globally with all employees, customers and partners. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Perform the full spectrum of payroll functions and ensuring that payroll is executed within the organization in an accurate, timely, complete and compliant manner with the relevant authorities, as well as applying all appropriate governancerequired. 

  • Conduct research and provide insights to theAssistant Human Resource Manager and Global TalentManager in areas relating to country remuneration, compensation and benefits. 

  • Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 

  • Maintain and monitor HR databases as well as compile updated HR analytic reports as and when required.

  • Assist in ensuring all the enquiries of the country are being managed in a timely manner 

  • Assist to ensure departmental compliance and promote Group-wide awareness and competency on Information Security Management System (ISMS). 

  • Assist in monthly claim management for countries assigned under care. 

  • To support the engagement activities launched by the company.  


REQUIREMENTS: 
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology or equivalent. 

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Payroll and HR Operations. Candidates with HR experience in an IT shared services or business process outsourcing organization is desirable. 

  • Conversant and abreast with employment laws and HR legislations of Mauritius. 

  • Working knowledge of employment policies and procedures. 

  • Proficient inMS Office applications, especially Excel. 

  • Good understanding of HR information systems (HRIS). 

  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, ability to plan and prioritize, works well under pressure and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English. 

  • Experience in running payroll for India, Mauritius , France, and United Kingdom will be an added advantage.
