About the opportunity

The Global Payroll Business Operations Analyst will oversee the tracking and management of projects through various phases within the defined lifecycle tools. This role requires collaboration with partners to ensure they have the appropriate access and are well-trained to operate effectively within the CRM environment. Additionally, the individual will champion improvements to business processes, acting as a key player in optimizing the CRM platform to better meet business needs.

The ideal candidate is adept at CRM tools, has experience with SQL and basic programming, and can support cross-functional teams in data analysis, reporting, and process automation. 

 What you’ll get to do

Project Lifecycle Management & Partner Support:

The Global Payroll Business Operations Analyst will be tasked with upkeep across different stages of the customer lifecycle journey. Responsibilities include managing partner access at specific stage and updating relevant data. Additionally, the role involves providing training to partners on the use of CRM tools and acting as the primary contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support requests.

Partner Training & Support:Provide training to partners and offer ongoing support regarding CRM operations, access, and tool navigation.

Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project-related data, ensuring that partners have the appropriate access levels and permissions.

Business Process Improvements & CRM Platform Champion:

As the CRM platform champion, this role involves driving process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and provide solutions based on business needs. Additionally, the role includes reviewing errors or bugs logged in the system and working towards timely resolutions.

  • System Improvement:Propose and implement CRM system improvement projects that align with business goals.
  • CRM Enhancements:Collaborate with teams to scope and implement platform upgrades, ensuring that business requirements are met.
  • Training & Documentation:Develop internal training materials and document CRM processes to ensure consistent usage across teams.
  • Error Resolution:Review errors or bugs logged in the system, analyze root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Technical Expertise & Data Management: This role includes performing basic SQL and XML/XSLT coding, validating partner data, and assisting with automated report generation. The specialist will help develop dashboards and reports to track discrepancies and improve data processes.
  • Operational Support & Validation Reporting: The specialist will contribute to SLA automation, data validation, and integration checks, ensuring accuracy in partner data and supporting regular reporting needs.

Skills and experience we value

  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and platforms, with the ability to train and support users.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML/XSLT, and basic programming languages.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Dataverse).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and provide solutions for process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for documentation and user training.
