To co-ordinate and supervise the Guest Relations section in accordance with the Hotel’s standards and promote the Hotel’s F&B outlets and events, as well as facilities and services.
• Actively participates in and oversees the
provision of excellent service to guests.
• Welcomes guests in a friendly and professional
manner, ensuring that they are presented with
a cold towel and offered a drink.
• Communicates to colleagues and superiors,
any concerns and feedback from guest
satisfaction.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback and
suggestions for improvement.
• Plans, organises and co-ordinates weddings
and other guest functions at the Hotel.
• Handles customer complaints efficiently
through appropriate interaction and/or referral
to Front Office Management.
• Checks the daily logbooks for recording events
with the Guest Relations section and reviews
them with the Front Office Manager to correct
any arising operational problem.
• Provides required information and sells
services to guests, by thoroughly keeping
abreast with the Hotel’s products, all
happening within the Hotel and national
events.
• Allocates and supervises tasks to ensure an
efficient and prompt service according to the
Hotel’s standards.
