Our client is looking for a dynamic Functional Lead-ERP Consultant to manage ERP initiatives and projects in the Indian Ocean region and ready to invest in the development of a technological gem supported by a team of experts with a real sense of service. Missions

• Define business requirements in collaboration with business leaders for the customizations and provide estimates.
• Guide the team on implementation work and validate their body of work by driving performance improvements of the team.
• Prepare progress updates and document ERP processes.
• Maintain centralized and accurate master data repositories (Customer, Product, etc.).
• Knowledge of marketplace products and their differentiated capabilities is required.
• Keep abreast of the latest ERP trends.

Mandatory Requirements

• Define business requirements in collaboration with business leaders.
• Develop technical specifications for the customizations and provide estimates.

Qualifications and Experiences

• More than 7 years of experience in implementing a management system, with a keen sense of analysis and listening in order to understand and interpret customer needs.
• A background in business administration, project management, or a related field and a certification ERP business process integration is preferred will be advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Very good leadership, presentation and writing skills in both English and French is mandatory.
• Outgoing personality, proactive and self-motivated.
