About the role:
As a Full Stack Trainer / Technical Coach at SD Worx, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities of our Products division by accelerating the technical development and maturity of our engineering teams. This role involves delivering high-impact training and coaching in software development, focusing on C#, .Net and SQL technologies
Which tasks can you expect?
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills of engineers in software development.
- Lead interactive training sessions and workshops in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support, including code reviews and project guidance.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
- Foster a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
What do you have to offer?
- At least 5 years of corporate experience in software development, with expertise in .NET (C#), SQL, and related technologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
- Strong knowledge of modern training methodologies and virtual training platforms like Pluralsight.
- Having experience and insights on how to use AI tools to enhance the learning and adoption of C#, .Net and SQL technologies.
- Experience with Azure cloud technology, CI/CD practices, and modern software development tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
