Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications that are crucial to our innovative platform. This mid-level position involves working on both front-end and back-end components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Build and implement both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure applications meet requirements and function smoothly.
• Code Maintenance: Maintain and update existing codebases to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their skill development.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development practices.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in web development or related roles.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, Spring, Spring Boot).
• Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
