Provides efficient and prompt service to guests in accordance with Hotel standards and procedures; adheres to Hotel rules & regulations and performs ancillary duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet, register and assign rooms to guests
- Deal with bookings
- Complete procedures for guests’ check ins and check outs
- Prepare bills and take payments
- Answer telephone and pass on calls / messages
- Deal with complaints and/or queries and liaise with other departments for a prompt service
Profile
- Outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ready to perform odd hours and work on Sundays & Public Holidays
Qualifications And Experience
- Higher School Certificate
- A certificate / diploma in hospitality from the hotel school or any other recognized institution
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
