Are you a certified Pilates coach with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals? Le Suffren Hotel & Marina is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and certified freelance Pilates coach to join our wellness team! This role will focus on delivering tailored Pilates sessions to our hotel guests and staff, promoting relaxation, wellness, and a balanced lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions for hotel guests and staff
• Provide personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored session plans
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for all participants
• Ensure safety, comfort, and guidance during all classes, considering guests’ unique needs and fitness levels
• Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and the importance of wellness

Requirements:

• Certified Pilates coach with a minimum of 3 years experience in teaching Pilates
• Proven expertise in various Pilates techniques and ability to tailor sessions to diverse fitness levels
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for client wellness and satisfaction
• Freelance status with up-to-date insurance and relevant certifications
