We are looking for a part-time ‘Finance and Administrative Assistant’ to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in finance-related tasks and administrative support within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in billing and debtors management.
Support creditors management activities.
Contribute to monthly reporting and other operational tasks.
Participate in other monthly operational work in finance.
Perform any cognate duties relevant to the job position.
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Exhibits a high level of responsibility and reliability.
Has a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Maintains a positive attitude towards work.
Qualifications:
Partly ACCA-qualified or holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field;
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in accounting/finance, or a strong educational background in accounting with no prior work experience.
