Please note: This position is part-time, with two shift options available — applicants will be required to choose one.
Training will take place over the first 3 weeks on a full-time basis (8 hours per day). After completing training, agents will then move to their selected part-time schedule.
Shift overview:
Starting: Monday, April 28th
Working Week: Monday to Friday
Total hours 20-hours per week.
Shifts: 4 hour shift starting between 11:00am to 7pm
Shift 1: 11am to 3pm
Shift 2: 3pm to 7pm
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients and customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Manage customer communication across various channels, including:
Phone calls
Emails
Live chat
Qualifications:
Experience in a previous customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
