Provide administrative support to the cost control team
Job Responsibility
- Establish, organise and maintain records of the department
- Filing of documents
- Assist the Compliance & Risk Manager in all administrative work
- Attending queries via email and phone
- Follow up on all meetings and minutes of meeting
- Assist in drafting SOPs in word documents
- Assist in powerpoint presentations
- Assist in scheduling meeting
- Make research works assigned by the Compliance Manager & Others
Requirement
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Risk Management or equivalent
Good Communication Skills
Good IT skills, especially MS Excel
Confident and responsible
Time Management skill
Willingness to lean and developping ideas
Others:
Some experience / traineeship in an audit firm would be a plus
