Key duties & responsibilities

STRATEGY:

• Participating in the definition and execution of short & long-term strategy of the clinic.
• Preparing feasibility studies through investment, cost-benefit and profitability analysis.
• Managing the relationship with business partners: medical practitioners, insurances…etc.
• Assisting in the definition and implementation of improved business models.

OPERATIONS:

• Managing the Finance and Accounts department by coaching your collaborators.
• Leading the financial planning cycle and keep track of performance targets.
• Monitor and analyse business trends and variances for strategic control and insights.
• Providing timely information and analysis needed concerning financial matters.
• Participating in the project management of new business developments.

REPORTING & GOVERNANCE:

• Preparing all financial reporting within deadlines.
• Coordinating internal and external audit assignments.
• Participating in the implementation of internal controls, processes and policies.

Qualifications, skills & prerequisites

• Proven post-qualification experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is required.
• Excellent accounting reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in the healthcare sector would be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Netsuite and Business Central Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in French and English.
