Finance Manager
Key duties & responsibilities
STRATEGY:
- Participating in the definition and execution of short & long-term strategy of the clinic.
- Preparing feasibility studies through investment, cost-benefit and profitability analysis.
- Managing the relationship with business partners: medical practitioners, insurances…etc.
- Assisting in the definition and implementation of improved business models.
OPERATIONS:
- Managing the Finance and Accounts department by coaching your collaborators.
- Leading the financial planning cycle and keep track of performance targets.
- Monitor and analyse business trends and variances for strategic control and insights.
- Providing timely information and analysis needed concerning financial matters.
- Participating in the project management of new business developments.
REPORTING & GOVERNANCE:
- Preparing all financial reporting within deadlines.
- Coordinating internal and external audit assignments.
- Participating in the implementation of internal controls, processes and policies.
Qualifications, skills & prerequisites
- Proven post-qualification experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is required.
- Excellent accounting reporting and financial analysis skills.
- Experience in the healthcare sector would be a plus.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Netsuite and Business Central Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in French and English.
