Who are we? Valuement is an international consulting company, part of the Mantu Group, with a primary focus on the retail market and expanding into new industries. We are actively developing our markets and are excited to launch our Student Program aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders in the consulting industry.

Program Overview: Our Student Program is a one-year initiative designed for recent graduates (high school or university) who are eager to kick-start their careers in consulting. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and work alongside industry experts in a dynamic and supportive environment. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time position within Valuement.

About the Job:

• Customer Interactions: Client facing role where the candidate will be required to make calls and reply to mails as per customer queries
• Follow-Up on Recoveries: Monitor and follow up on recovery processes, ensuring that outstanding amounts are collected efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial analysis workflow
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and financial transactions to ensure compliance and accountability.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree/HSC diploma in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and tax
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in French and English.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is considered a plus.
