Multivac is actively looking for a dynamic Field Service Technician. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment sold by the company, including preventive maintenance. It also includes selling maintenance contracts, one-off maintenance services, and spare parts to customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Maintain equipment sold by the Company, including preventive maintenance as well as any other repairs.
2) Take care of sale of maintenance contracts and/or contracts for the provision of one-off maintenance services to the Company's customers and/or prospects
3) Take care of sale of spare parts for all equipment/devices offered by the Company.
4) Carry out demonstration, on site and off site, of equipment offered for sale by the Company. “On-site” means in the Company’s showroom and “off-site”, the Customer’s premises.
5) Promote solutions offered by the Company, whether equipment or consumable products, in accordance with the “sales and marketing plan” validated by the Managing Director.
6) Prepare technical reports following visits and interventions in accordance with the format validated by the Managing Director.
7) Prepare sales reports for spare parts and maintenance contracts in accordance with the format validated by the Managing Director.
8) Issue purchase orders relating to spare parts in accordance with the procedures established by the parent Company, MULTIVAC EXPORT AG.
9) Master the “SECON” tool for the implementation of commercial projects.
10) Carry out any other administrative follow-up related to your tasks (for example debtors etc.) in line with the company's procedures.
11) The tasks defined above will be carried out on the Mauritian territory as well as in the Indian Ocean region.
12) At the request of the Employer, the Employee may be assigned other tasks in companies linked directly or indirectly to the directors of the Employer.
