The Facilities Support Officer will proactively oversee and coordinate key facilities management functions across Cim Finance. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, excellent service delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee key protocols, ensuring security and accessibility as per company standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate installations and resolve issues related to CCTV systems for all sub offices and counters.
- Regularly communicate with service providers and sub-offices, ensuring proper backups and updates are maintained of systems in place.
- Act as coordinator to service providers in regards to maintenance related exercises for properties occupied by the company
- Guide service providers to the appropriate departments while ensuring adherence to visitor policies.
- Handle and direct service provider calls to relevant contacts and Cim Finance offices.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs and accessibility logs
- Support tasks related to access controllers and manage parking requests for both visitors and internal clients.
- Compile attendance and overtime sheets for Business Support Services team and submit them for approval as needed.
Candidate profile:
- Higher School Certificate
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with facilities management systems, including CCTV, access control, and visitor management is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Valid driving license
