Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Division
Core Responsibilities
•Provide secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration office
•Administer the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage office
•Maintain and coordinate F&B calendars
•Manage the Department time and attendance system
•Raise Purchase Requests for the F&B department
•Handle and follow up on all F&B shipment orders, cash vouchers, suppliers etc
•Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin office
•Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all Food and Beverage records and financial reports
•Be responsible for the printing of Tent card menus, new menus, buffet tags, banqueting tags printing
•Any other cognate duties
Core Profile:
•Diploma or equivalent, hotel management or business administration diploma preferred
•Sound knowledge of food & beverage products
•Experience in F&B and Events Management would be an asset
•Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
•Fluent in French and English
•Keen attention to detail and timeliness
•Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
•Good knowledge of MS Office tools
