In charge of all the culinary side for the Resort as well as ensuring all hygiene standards are met
- Oversee culinary operations for all Outlets of the Resort
- Ensure hygiene standards are implemented & maintained
- Elaborate & implement new menus, as & when required
- Maintain culinary staff fully engaged
- Ensure financials pertaining to culinary operations are well controlled
- Assist Purchasing in selection of Suppliers
- Maintain a constant learning environment within the culinary brigade
