To assist in Accounting department
Responsibilities
• To prepare Management Accounts and monitor Accounting Department
• To maintain and ensure integrity of General ledgers.
• To ensure compliance with financial standards.
• To conduct Debtors Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation and petty cash, Sales and Purchases Reconciliation and stock reconciliation
• To update accounting system.
• To ensure all reports are sent on time to meet deadline.
• To conduct monthly verification of Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable
• To prepare reports to be submitted to the Corporate Office
• To assist in preparation of annual accounts and annual returns
• To provide assistance to external auditors
• Assist with budget preparation
• Any other adhoc duties as may be assigned
Knowledge & Experience
• Higher School Certificate
• ACCA Level 2
• 2 years experience on an accounting system
• Excellent Communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and French.
• Team player
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Organized and meticulous.
• Numeracy and Data handling skills.
