Participate in sports and leisure activities to entertain guests in hotel in related field as per standards

11 | Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel |
12 | Make inventory of materials and equipment for stock control |
13 | Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Sports and Leisure Manager |
14 | Encourage upselling |
15 | Ensure energy saving (electricity, water) |
16 | Carry out the weekly sport and leisure / entertainment program |
17 | Propose solutions to all sport / evening entertainment operating problems |
18 | Ensure effective and efficient organisation of respective activities |
19 | Help in the preparation and organisation of evening / sport entertainment |
20 | Participate in evening shows / sport activities organised by the Department |
21 | Ensure that all the multimedia system and instrument regarding the band are in good and functioning condition |
22 | Ensure that all the multimedia system are in good condition at the activity center |
23 | Ensure fine tunings before the band starts playing |
24 | Ensure “mise en place” of all multimedia system / musicians for any special events |
25 | Consult with immediate superior about organisational aspects of special events being planned |
26 | Follow up of billing and formulate bills for extra activities |
27 | Make sure that the working area are clean and arranged properly |
28 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units |
29 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
