Electrical Technician - Electrical & Control Specialists Ltd

The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and components in industrial and commercial settings. The role focuses on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical and automation systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain & repair electrical and control systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance & troubleshoot electrical faults
• Install & configure instrumentation and automation systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations & industry standards
• Work closely with engineers and technicians on projects
• Respond to emergency calls & perform necessary repairs
• Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• Certification in Electrical Installations, Instrumentation, or Control Systems (preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, control systems, or industrial automation
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLC systems, control panels, and automation technologies
