Driver / Delivery & Custom Clerk

PONCINI Ltd and the sister company PARURE Limitee are recruiting two people as Driver / Delivery & Custom Clerk.

Poncini Ltd is a leading name in the luxury retail industry, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Clerks.

Position: Customer Clerk (2 Positions Available)

• Full time job.
• A valid driving license required (private car).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HSC minimum or equivalent certificate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).
• Experience as a freight broker / customs clerk

Job description:

• Running errands for the company.
• Doing the despatch, post, banking and other related work.
• Carrying out deliveries as and when required.
• Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
• Assist in housekeeping tasks, as instructed by Management.
• Any other cognate task as instructed by management.
• Polite and courteous in dealings with others.
• Need to be trustworthy, have a good attitude and communication skills.
• Must be in good physical condition.
