Duties and responsibilities
• Ensure an efficient digitalization of the group and its business units.
• Increase the leads conversion by ensuring that the websites and social media platforms are fully optimized.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media plan and strategies.
• Develop and maintain the websites of Medine group of companies - ensuring integration between social media channels and online content.
• Establish communication strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to Medine’s website, intranet and social media channels.
• Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for Medine and its business units on all the major relevant platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest and ensure that the accounts are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant.
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with the business goals.
• Manage the online digital marketing budget and ensure that the cost of communication activities does not surpass the amount of funds agreed in the budget.
• Monitor and develop reports for the optimization of the SEO and AdWords campaigns for the group and support to any relevant business units.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs and analyze, review the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Report the effectiveness of different channels to measure clickthroughs and traffic activity.
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within digital and social media spaces.
• Stay up to date with digital media development/ trends.
• Execute any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.
Candidate’s Profile
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, social media or communication.
• At least 4 years digital and social media experience.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Knowledge in graphic tools (photoshop, indesign, illustrator etc)
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with digital project development, social media publishing and analytics tools.
