ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

TRANSINVEST CONSTRUCTION LTD IS LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have to co-ordinate and attend with the Site Manager on all aspects of his mission and in close collaboration with the Contract Manager to safeguard the contractual liabilities and opportunities.

Responsibilites :

•   Participate in the preparation of the budget cost of project.
•   Measure and issue application for payment timely.
•   Prepare monthly and cost report and assisting Site Manager to identify deviation to                forecasted budget.
•   Assist the Contract Manager in contractual follow up of site.
•   Follow up of payment to suppliers and subcontractors.  

•  Monitor quantities and stocks on site (Theoretical vs Factual)
•  Verification of subcontractors’ claims.
•  Evaluations of subcontractors offer.

Experience Required :

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering,  Infrastructure and Morcellement Project
• Knowledge  in Word, Excel Auto Cad, Microsoft project
